Marquis Daniels is noted for having several tattoos inscribed on different parts of his body. The tattoos range from an extremely detailed map of Florida that covers his entire back, a disturbing caricature of a man blowing his head with a shotgun on his lower right arm, and Chinese characters on his other arm which was apparently intended to represent his initials, but when translated into English, it actually reads “healthy woman roof”.

This picture features 2 of Derrick Rose’s tattoos.
He honors his team with a new tattoo on his left hand, a drawing of the city skyline with the words, “Sweet Home Chicago.”
His next tattoo is my new personal favorite, a wizard weilding a basket ball with the word “Poohdini” above . Rose was called “Winnie the Pooh” by his grandmother when he was a kid. She said it was because he was chubby and yellow. Derrick capitalized on this crass reference to his skin tone, which he parlayed into the magical ballhandling persona called “Poohdini”.

I said if Barack Obama was elected in that I was going to get a tattoo that said “Change We Believe In” and the No. 44.
I got it on the insides of my fingers on my left hand, so you can’t really see it.
Since the tattoo message was all about change, it was a miracle when I went in to get it done. Instead of it hurting, it actually felt good like the needle was giving me a hand massage … I’m lying, it kind of hurt a lot.
I got the tattoo done on the Friday after the election down in Orlando because I always get my tattoos done down in Orlando.

Reading the story and watching the insane video (shown below) of web correspondent for MMA Worldwide Aaron Tru getting a total surprise crankdown that completely put him out, helped me spot some pro female MMA fighter tattoo’s!
She’s seen here with “Cris Cyborg” on her forearm and also mid-rear naked choke… with some other writing on her left.
Cristiane “Cyborg” Santos is a Brazilian born MMA fighter with an almost undefeated record.

Brett Favre – Viking with a Superman Tattoo??

It seems that Brett is “considering a return” to the NFL and confirmed that the only team he has spoken with so far has been the Minnesota Vikings… but its dependent on some surgery with his arm… We’ve decided not to get involved in that talk at all and get straight to what we’re all here for. The big question I had today was… Does Brett Favre have any tattoos?
I took this search to the best place I know of and the net led me again to a Yahoo! Answers query that had been submitted approximately 1 year ago, Theres both “yes” and “no” answers.. so its still up in the air in their minds I guess. Image searches haven’t gotten me anywhere, but I did find this January 1996 NYtimes article which clearly states theres a Superman tattoo on his arm. Have you seen the tattoo? After telling my mother about this happening new blog of ours over the weekend she immediately pushed me to do a post about the tattoo on Kobe’s arm… “What is it?? “… “What’s the story behind it??”… So here we go! This has been covered all over the net throughout Kobe’s career…. Here’s an excerpt from a great synopsis about the tattoo’s appeared on his arm following the events of the 2003 rape allegations made and then later dropped (after receiving an undisclosed financial settlement) by a 19 yr old girl while in Eagle, Colorado. The tatt’s are related to his family and his spiritual faith:
The name Vanessa and a Crown to represent the primary importance of his wife, two angel wings and the inscription Psalm XVII to express his faith.
He also have his daughter’s name Natalia Diamante tattooed on his left arm.
So there you have it!
A tribute to his wife and family. GREAT TATTOOS.

Washington Redskin free safety LaRon Landry made an appearance in practice today, and is reportedly sporting a new tattoo that we’d like to really get a picture of. Landry’s been inked for a while now, but the tiny red heart ear tatt is a unique one for sure. LaRon SEND IN PIX!!
